The Law Office of Walter L. Davis, Esq. specializes in litigation, emphasizing the prosecution of claims involving negligence, civil rights violations, medical/legal malpractice, nursing home abuses, real estate and business disputes, as well as landlord abuses.

Walter Davis has over 30 years of extensive civil trial experience arising from his representation of clients (including repeat clients, their family, friends and neighbors) in litigation matters filed in the State and Federal Courts throughout Northern California. In fulfilling his clients’ objectives, he can utilize a diverse network of expert consultants and investigative services. The Office provides aggressive representation in negotiation, litigation and trial while emphasizing effective legal services without unnecessary expense.
